Ryan has extensive management consulting experience with clients such as the United States Department of Defense, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, and private equity firms across the Pacific Northwest. He brings his marketing, operations, and finance skills to the table as he guides Yoked to better serve our executives.

Paige has worked with over 40 organizations and has seen the impact that well-resourced executives have on their causes. She is experienced in development, building programs, and optimizing organizational operations. As the Managing Director of Seed, she understands the weight of leadership, and has a passion for resourcing people to do their best work. 

Marene is an innovative problem solver and a customer-oriented professional who is dedicated to excellence in all areas. She has experience in a variety of industries, including tech, manufacturing, luxury real estate, startups, and nonprofits. Her specialties include strategic planning, deal negotiation, program management, marketing campaigns and brand curation. Marene has proposed initiatives, developed budgets and successfully managed teams as they worked to achieve strategic objectives.

Abby is a project management professional with experience coordinating people and processes to meet the desired outcomes. Her calm demeanor attention to detail, and strong organizational skills ensure that projects are run efficiently. She is energized by cultivating relationships as she collaborates with stakeholders to achieve their goals. Abby lives in Austin, TX with her husband and two sons. 

Amy, a nonprofit development operations expert, demonstrates strategic execution in project management and logistics. Known for her intentional work approach, she excels in event coordination and organizational communication. A dynamic team player, Amy brings joy to the workplace and embodies values of care, teamwork, and excellence, fueled by a commitment to lifelong learning. 

Anika is an experienced Executive Assistant who has worked at nonprofits and trade associations including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, and the Minnesota House of representatives. She lives in South Dakota with her husband Timothy, and her son Hendrik.
